An advertising platform that is effective to help merchants increase their business with a minimum subscription fees.

Business Opportunity:

Group buying site is trendy and proven effective to guide customers to the merchants. However, it is too costly to long term advertise with this platform. Thus we work out a “no burden” plan for them to subscribe to us (phase 1).

Revenue Model:

The investment is a one time cost, what ever the numbers of subscribers will not increase the total cost so we just need to concentrate to increase the numbers of subscribers (it is numbers game like Astro – they invested on satellite and signed TV programs and just focus on subscribers, with a RM 10 dollars upgrade plans to 100,000 users will increase their monthly profit by RM 1,000,000). Phase 2 is all about rewards programs to increase the sales for the merchant and of cause increase the subscription fees.

Tour of Sarawak 2016

The Tour of Sarawak cycling championship (TOS2016) organized by Fadz Industries Sdn Bhd with the collaborations of both the Ministry of Social Development of Sarawak dan the Ministry of Sports and Youth Malaysia will be held from the 13th to the 17th of January 2016 themed “Sports Tourism is the Next Big Thing” is expected to bring about an impact in which will placed Sarawak on the world map, especially amongst the world cycling community. This 5 day long championship will start from the city of Miri, ending in the city of Kuching and will raced across major cities and towns of Bintulu, Sibu, Sarikei, Betong, Sri Aman, Serian and Sematan.

The participation by 20 international cycling teams from continents such as Australia, Asia and Europe will definitely attracts the attention of local and international media representatives on doing wide coverage through electronic media, printed media, websites and social medias from all over the world. Ever since the official Tour of Sarawak 2016 was launched by YB Tan Sri William Mawan, the Minister of Social Dvelopment Sarawak on last April this year, this championship also has attracted quite a number of teams stating their interests in registering their teams to participate this international championship.

Thus, the organizing timing of theTour of Sarawak 2016 is spot-on so as Sarawak not to be left out in launching a cycling sports tourism product which has already been implemented by neighbouring countries such as Sabah, Brunei, Indonesia, Philipines and other countries around the world.

We trade futures contract of a physical product and have the option of taking physical delivery on the particular product we trade.
For example: crude palm oil.

However due to commodity price are fructured on a daily basis. We took advantage of the low hanging fruit (low risk trade) of that particular product at a specific particular of time. As agriculture product is seasonal too.

1 Contract have about 25 tans.
for example: it’s priced around RM 2150 x 25 tans = RM 53,750.
But with a future contract with only a margin of RM 4000. We could control a 25 tans virtual contract from the Bursa Exchange.

Somewhere around last year 2014. We discovered a particular strategy that can make us a consistent return over the years. However, we are full time trader managing our own fund and this particular strategy is longer term and lower risk with lesser return. We would like to open to our investor.

3. We simply ask our investor to lock up their capital on a 6 month basis.

PSP-UPM works with researchers to attract corporate partners that can bring inventions and discoveries to the marketplace through technology licensing agreements. Technology licensing agreements promote the development and commercialization of UPM technologies by granting rights to commercialise such technologies to companies in return for agreeable licensing fee, royalties, equity and other fees. PSP will assist throughout the agreement process. In negotiating technology licensing agreements, we strive to ensure that the needs and interests of UPM and Industries are met. Central to this effort is our duty to protect and preserve the independence, values and interests of the university`s research community, including academic freedom, scientific integrity, the pursuit of knowledge and open exchange of ideas and information.
