This business is one of the proven way on how to make a BIG profit online. Website selling business or the experts call it ‘Website Flipping’ is the art of buying, improving and selling websites. The term comes from the property industry where investors will buy a property, renovate it to add value, and then sell it at a higher price. Website flipping is essentially the same process online.

THE MARKET
From all the information I have seen and the experience I get by directly involved in the business, website flipping will be one of the fastest growing online markets in the coming years. As it becomes harder and more expensive to enter other industry, website flipping is poised to become the next big thing.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
This business are now focusing on selling start-up internet-based businesses in Malaysia. Due to the fact that trading established businesses (buy low sell high) with revenue history and track record is much more in demand and bigger profit margin, we need funds to expand. Mainly the funds is required to buy an established internet-based businesses and sell it to potential buyers.

RISK AND SOLUTION
Two major risk in this business is fraud/miscalculation and the selling time-frame. The problem with fraud/miscalculation can be solved with our experience in identifying potential business to buy by screening them with our buying check-list before getting into a deal. On top of that, we have strategic partners which are experts in the industry with more than 20 years experience, engaging them to conduct due diligence and valuation service for any web business we are interested in buying.

The second risk which is the selling time-frame, which is on average between 2-4 months. If in any case the selling time-frame takes longer, this can be solved by the income gain generated by the web business while selling is in the process.

FUND REQUIREMENTS AND INVESTOR GAIN
The fund amount required is RM 550,000 with a breakdown of RM 400,000 for trading purposes, RM 100,000 for working capital in 6 months. Investment made to date is RM 50,000 for the website, costs to build start-up sites and working capital.

I’m offering on a 50/50 profit sharing on per trading basis for interested investors.

SUMMARY
Since this business is already making RM 197,643 net profit for the last 12 months only by selling start-up businesses, with new fund injection, our aim is to secure trading transactions for established businesses in the first year with expected net profit of RM 1,200,000. With expert firms in the field as strategic partnership, including due diligence, website valuation, escrow service, purchase management to selling brokers and acquisition firms, we are highly confident in achieving our first year target after the fund injection.

Woopa started in 2011 to develop a new solution to enable hotels to get more value from the TVs that they have in the rooms. Rather than just pushing the standard TV channels, the Woopa Hotel solution will allow any hotel to publish anything they want onto the room TVs including hotel information , promotions, eatery menus, and others which will enhance guest satisfaction, the hotel’s image and branding while help to increase revenue.

Financial Summary.

Tanitek is planning to setup a new production plant, establish distribution channels and embark on a full scale marketing campaign nationwide. Implementation of the plans will entail the following major items:
• RM 80,000 to set up a new factory with 600 metric tonnes holding areas and a small microbiology lab for soil and bio input analysis.
• RM 150,000 to acquire machinery that will be used for mixing and packaging.
• RM 50,000 to setup 2 warehouses in Kedah and Pahang.
• RM 80,000 will be needed to purchase bio inputs (bacteria, fungi) and composts
• RM 800,000 will be spent on salaries of 25 people for 12 months in the first year of operation.
• RM 400,000 will be allocated for marketing purposes that will involved television, radio and newspaper advertisements. This will includes appearance in live segments of popular television stations and also participation in expositions and exhibitions around the country.

Based on our analysis, we need around 2.1 million Ringgit to maintain a good working capital and cash flow. We are going to achieve this by seeking funds from any of these sources:
• Private investors
• Institutional investors
• Government grant

We are expecting sales for the first year to reach 6,000 Metric Tonnes which translates to 18 million ringgit in revenues. This number is based on the targeted market penetration of about 0.6% or equivalent to about 3000 hectares of oil palm plantation. This is roughly the size of a combination of to 3 or 4 small and medium sized private plantations. Just for comparison, the total size of oil palm land in 2010 is around 4.5 million hectares. Majority of the sales will be driven by direct sales which will amount to 60% of total sales. The remaining 40% will come from large private and quasi government plantations. We expect sales to increase by twofold in the fourth quarter of second year operation.
