RedTick is one of the prominent players in grocery delivery service and office supplies in Klang Valley. In less than 3 year, more than thousands of customers had enjoyed our service of getting their fresh produces and groceries delivered to their door.

We understand that groceries shopping can be time consuming, especially for working groups living in big cities. With the long working hour in the cities, heavy traffic on the roads after work, e-grocery will be a great opportunity to capture the retail market from the competitors. Hence, the idea of having a groceries delivery service where supermarket comes to the customers was born.

To further enhance current business model and building the brand to next level, we are looking into expansion of a new concept store which will set a new benchmark for supermarket. The concept store will feature a totally new concept for supermarket in Malaysia and it echoes our belief of making groceries shopping as convenient as possible. It not only set as fantastic marketing model for current online store, but more importantly, the new store will set another new grocery retail concept in Malaysia.

This fundraising is mainly for the expansion of the first physical concept store. Our projection of breakeven is below 2 years.
