Cuisine Guide is an e-commerce website which provide platform for customer to free reservation for high end restaurant or hotel at Malaysia. In beginning stage, will launching in Penang and will expand to whole Malaysia within one year. To differentiate with other online reservation restaurant, there have few core values have to build up for

a. Not only free reservation, will provide recommended meal for customers especially for celebrate some special day
b. will provide extra service for customers who wish to have special request during the meal such as birthday cake, flowers and etc.
c. Cuisine Guide will playing as reminder role to remind customers for their special day through CRM
d. Cuisine Guide will provide promotion food voucher for customers to enjoy meal

Business Opportunity:

According to Effective Measure report, there have 43 million unique browsers per year in Malaysia and 38% from them looking for entertainment and 28% looking for lifestyle information. 54% of internet user is earning $1500 USD per year and 58% of them is University Educated. From the statistic we can conclude that young teenagers are willing to spend time more time on internet to search for information regarding their lifestyle or entertainment. In years 2010, Malaysia achieves RM1.8 Billion revenue on ecommerce and estimated will reach RM5 billion in years 2014. From ecommerce revenue, there were RM255 million or 14% go to entertainment and lifestyle which include watch movie, sing, and enjoy meal at restaurant.
