Business Opportunity:

The opportunity is to be part of a focussed talent aquiaition firm that only specialises in banking & Finance. The market curently in only malaysia has a combined recruitment spend of RM80million per year and its growing

Revenue Model:

We charge between 20 and 25% of first years annual remuneration, for example someone earning RM30k per month x 12 = RM360,000 we would recieve a fee @20% of RM72,000, this is our target sales revenue model.

Management Team:

managment team is myself as CEO with over 14 years in this industry and after being at senior management with three global firms. Reporting to me are two expatriot consultants and a further two local consultants.

Current Status:

To date we are back to a small profit after making a loss in 2012. the loss was made due to my absence in 2011 to look after family in the uk for 11 months.

Funding Milestone: looking for one initial funding stage to help finance the cash flow of the business.

Business Valuation:

Share allocation will be up to 40% for a investment of RM300k. this figure would coverfixed costs over the next four months while slaes revenue from placements is recieved.

reason being that our credit terms are 30 days from candidate start date. So in order for ue to be paid the candidate would serve notice at his current employer ( normally one month) and then start his new position. this does cause us to have a 60 – 70 day gap in between recieving funds.

Expected Return On Investment:

ROI is straight forward and forecasted profits for 2014 are RM700,000.

Investment Risk and Mitigation:

Risk would be the venture as you would be buying into a service type industry that is based on relationships. this however is mitigated as the spread of our clients is quite even and all contracts we have are fully signed and strong relationships.

Exit Strategies:

exit would be two – three years and to be discussed further.
