We want to be a one stop center for golfers to go to where they can buy almost piratically anything. From club fitting, to OEM products, Accessories and also repair and services.
|Business Opportunity||Johor Bahru is a golfing paradise as it is the cheapest place to not only play golf but also there are over 15 golf courses to choose from. We have customers from Singapore, Japanese Expats, Korean Expats, Western Expats, as well as local golfers.
We already have a reputation as a professional club fitting center but we are currently limited to the things we can offer to our customer. With a fully stocked retail outlet to go with our fitting center, we are certain we can increase the traffic flow of people coming in by at least 30 times.
|Revenue / Business Model||Our business is already profitable. Making a decent profit of RM20,000 to RM30,000 a month from club fitting. With a golf retail to add to our business we can easily increase profits in the range of 300% to 500%.
We already have a strong customer base but with a golf retail shop we can grow even more as we have more varieties.
