We offer our space to be utilised based on clients requirement and needs, be it a corporate function or wedding and celebrations as we have a good 2000sq ft space to be explored for its full potential.
Lacuna by was also keep a good database of partners that will easily accomodate and tailormade clients need.
Since we are a newly concept urban event space, we have our very own private garden which makes patron falls in love with our layout again again.
We have made a ROI studies of which funds invested for our space and we found it is a good business to invested on.
|Business Opportunity||Current space event in the market receives complaints on parkings and accesibility. We are happy that we have ample of parking and it is free* by the management of Tamarind Sq (until further notice). And, we are not a passive space of which we wait for opportunity comes knocking, as we have social media namely instagram to inform our progress. We are also recruiting LacunAgents; our agents of sales and rental of which will attract many part timers and outsorcing agents alike to participate our recruitment.|
|Revenue / Business Model||We found that event spaces elsewhere are to pricey and it is not economical for returning client. We have a certain model to provide our best price hence we believe with our cheapest price in town alongwith consistant updates of activities and related infos, we hope to have a ceiling of bookings up to 70% in 12 months.
Infact, with initial investment and early startups, our event space forecees as low as 25% bookings, of which infact this along is giving us , at lowest of 10-15% profit.
