Company History:

We are in preliminary talk for a take over of japanesse buffet restaurant in selangor. An established brand that has been operational for 9 years with a huge client base.

Product / Service Description:

Most japanese buffet restaurant charge a hefty price to their customer, this japanese buffet restaurant charge a modest price, thus creating a huge client base.

Business Opportunity:

Japanese cuisine restaurant is a successful business model here in klang valley. But looking for a middle range japanese buffet is proven to be difficult for the japanese cuisine lover. Our restaurant charge the lowest price price for japanese buffet in klang valley.

We also planning to get a Halal certificate thus increasing the size of our client base. With Halal certificate, we will attract the malay community to our restaurant as no japanese cuisine restaurant provide a halal certificate.

Revenue Model:

The current owner of the restaurant did so well without even doing any marketing nor promotions. Under new management, we will be actively enhance our brand name through a stern marketing strategies to get more customer thus generating more revenue.

Management Team:

The management team will consist of 2 person. Me myself will handle the management, financial, licensing and marketing as I have an experience in marketing and familiar with food processing as I have an experience working in a huge food manufacturing plant.

The chef is a professional working for Emirates Lounge KLIA which serving for all the first class passenger of Emirates Airlines.

Current Status:

We already agree for the take over of the restaurant with the current owner. Business is ready to be taken over and start making profit as this proposal was written.

Funding Milestone:

The funding will be used to fund the take-over and several make over to make the restaurant more appealing to the customer.

Business Valuation:

We are ready to let go a share of 40% of the company for the funding.

Expected Return On Investment:

The current business generate a profit of RM15,000 to RM20,000 monthly according to the sale report. The investor will get 40% of monthly profit each month starting from the first month after the take over.

Investment Risk and Mitigation:

The restaurant has been operating for 9 years so the risk can be considered very low. We have a strong client base and as proven from the sales report, the business is making money.

Exit Strategies:

The investor may sell back their share to us or sell their share to other party if deemed necessary. The price of their share will vary according to the business performance.
