Our team comprises of Mohd Firdaus Bin Marzuki, founder, and have been in the event industry around 5 years. Have manage multiple clients such as Sony, Toshiba, and etc. Joshua Tien, Creative Head, has been in the advertising line for more than 6 years and have created various creative for clients such as blackmores and etc. Our programmer is Jason Tan and he specialized in back end support programming. Currently we are in the funding stage. All of our costing and concepts are ready but we lack the inital fund to kickstart the development of the app.
Funding Milestone: The funds will be used for the development of the app into android and ios. We have set 3 funding milestone stages:
1. The first funding, for we will use for development and to push the app to market (RM 150K)
2. After the app is on the market we will use the second funding for promotion and advertising to get more users and also to get more organizers using the app in which we are also starting to generate revenue. (RM 100K)
3. To expand the business further by hiring additional staff for marketing and also for future updates development for the app. (RM 50K)
We are willing to provide up to 15%-20% shares based on the size of the investment. We know that this app has potential in the market as we have also interviewed a number of participants to get their feedback for our app.
Expected Return On Investment:
Annual returns of 10%-35% based on annual net profit. Terms may be discuss further upon meet up.
