Company History:

I have banking background for 16 years in half of banking productions line such as branch managements , cheque clearing movement , loan managements and etc. Deciding to resign on 2006 and start practising on getting customer and marketing it while am still in service with the bank. After a years running and absorbing all the experience in marketing for my own company,at the end of the year 2007 is the remarkable decision that I have made by officially resign from the bank. From that moment I give my whole energy to run my own small business in trading sectors.

Product / Service Description:

I’m giving all my effort to fulfill all my clients needs for their business such as office equipments, office renovations, stationeries and printing items. We deliver our products on time to ease our clients needs smoothly and hassle free. By ring a call to us on their requirement we will make sure that the next day our products will be at their place punctually. We strongly avoiding any hassle to our clients because we believe people our clients trust is the most importantly in this business.

Business Opportunity:

Starting from year 2008 we handling a few government department such as DBKL ( Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur), Kementerian Kerja Raya, Kolej Komuniti( under Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi), Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran and Jabatan Perhutanan Semenanjung Malaysia. These client are the big profit return to our company right now. We are plan to expand our business by getting more client to our company. In this situation we need an investor to grow together with our company. By getting them to invest in our company,it will ease us to form new potential clients.

Revenue Model:

Our company policy in selling and making profit on those product by mark up 30%. The profit mark up will accumulate on each every end of the month. For example, July sales for that month is RM45,000.00 and company profit of that month is RM13,500.00. And by getting more clients we expecting to produce our sales between RM100,000.00 to RM180,000.00 with profit return approxiamately RM54,000.00.

Management Team: To make this profit sustainable every each month we have our superb marketing executive to getting more jobs for our company. We are always encouraging our staff to liase to all kind of clients such as hotels, restaurants and resorts whereby our printing product can be sale to them.

Funding Milestone:

Business Valuation: The investor will 100% funding to our company with minimum amount of RM100,000.00. We will let investor to monitor their money in our company in easy way. Two signatory (investor and founder) will involve on any issuing cheque taken.

Expected Return On Investment: Investor will getting their return on every each of the month by 30:70 from company profit. 30% to the investor and 60% to owner. This 70% is included of office rental,staff salary and commissions, utilities and entertainment (some clients need to give some ransom).
